Each of our candidates are required to undergo compliance checks to ensure they are compliant by CPP Standards. This task is carried out by our compliance team, and they will ensure that the vetting process is fast and efficient.
This process is the sole responsibility of William Davies Care, therefore reducing the risk for our clients by ensuring the supply of vetted candidates.
The following points describe our vetting process for each applicant;
Checks may vary depending on each candidate’s profession and speciality and is taken into consideration when an application is being clarified by our compliance team. Once they passed all checks and their application complete, our compliance team will insure all information is up-to-date which allows them to work as compliant locum healthcare staff for William Davies Care.
