If a user does not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then they may not access the website or use any services nor is any of WDC’s administration staff obliged to engage in further communication with said individual.

The material on WDC’s site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting a member of the Recruitment or Management team. Any reliance on the material on this site is at a user’s own risk.
This section also refers to a situation in which a user finds any errors or omissions on this website. The material displayed on this website is subject to change and WDC generally does not inform users if any changes are being made. Changes are made in line with WDC’s aim of having all information displayed on its website to be as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
Users are to at least check occasionally, to be updated on any changes to both the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. This ensures that users may continue to use this website in a way that is compliant with WDC’s policies.
WDC undertakes no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the Service or any related website. Optional tools
WDC may provide the user with access to third-party tools over which may neither be monitored, nor can it be controlled nor have any input by WDC.
The user must acknowledge and agree that WDC provides access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and any endorsement. WDC shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to any user’s use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by ant user of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at their own risk and discretion and they should ensure that they are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
WDC may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
Candidates referred by existing staff
WDC welcomes any candidate who wants to join the locum or international team based on a recommendation by existing healthcare staff. However, WDC is currently not obliged to give either party any form of referral rewards.
Uniform
WDC currently does not sell or distribute any products for those who use its services and is not obliged to consider doing so in any future circumstances. All locum and international staff working for WDC are responsible for providing their own uniform that is relevant to their position.
Hyperlinks
All hyperlinks displayed on WDC’s website are added to provide users with further information about the Healthcare Industry and does not imply that we endorse any third-party.
WDC is neither responsible for nor controls the content of its links. All users are to use links that are displayed on this website at their own risk.
User-submitted comments and feedback.
If, at the request of WDC, the user sends creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), the user must agree that WDC may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that the user forward to WDC.
WDC shall be under no obligation to:
- Maintain any comments in confidence
- Pay compensation for any comments
- To respond to any comments.
WDC may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that is determined in sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
All users must ensure that their comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right.
All users must further agree that their comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website.
No user may use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than themselves, or otherwise mislead members of WDC’s administration or third-parties as to the origin of any comments.
All users are solely responsible for any comments they make and their accuracy. WDC takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any comments posted by any user or third-party.
Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that a user’s use of WDC’s service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
All users must agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to them.
All users must expressly agree that their use of, or inability to use, the service is at the user’s sole risk. The service and services delivered to the user through the service are (except as expressly stated by WDC) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for the user’s use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall WDC’s, director, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from the user’s use of any of the service procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to the user’s use of the service, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

Indemnification
All users must agree to indemnify, defend and hold WDC and its, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, director, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of the user’s breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference or the user’s violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either the user or WDC. Users may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying WDC that they no longer wish to use WDC’s services, or when they cease using this website.
If in sole judgment a user fails, or a user is suspected to have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, WDC also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and the user will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may them access to WDC’s services (or any part thereof).
Entire Agreement
The failure from a member of WDC’s administration to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy or operating rules posted by WDC on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the user and WDC and govern the user’s use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the user and WDC (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby WDC provides all users with its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 215 Shrewsbury Road, London, E7 8QH.
